Sales and Service Specialist (FULL TIME)

Independently family-owned company founded in 1990. We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds the expectations of a traditional garage.
 
 The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. You'll be provided with the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest-growing companies in metro Detroit.
 
 What you'll do: 
  • Build customer relationships
  • Assess customers' needs & Deliver exceptional customer service 
  • Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
  • Meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives
  • Learn all aspects of store operations and effectively interact with our Customer's.
  • Sharing of ideas to improve process and customer experience 

 Qualifications
  • Retail sales and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally 
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
